PRIZES

The Texas Regional Navy Birthday Committee is actively working on collecting some excellent prizes to be given away at this year's Navy Ball. Last year we were fortunate enough to give away many valuable gifts and prizes.

THE Music

The dance floor will be packed as guests enjoy a lively music mix provided by a professional DJ.


TOASTING

There will be toasts given on the night of the Ball, as is tradition at such formal events.


POW/MIA TABLE

There will be a ceremony in honor of America's prisoners of war and those missing in action.


CHILDCARE

There will be childcare provided at the Omni; please see the Childcare tab at the top for additional details.


PHOTOGRAPHY

There will be a professional photographer that will allow guests to purchase custom pictures for the night of the Ball.


Attire

The attire for this event will be formal.


For Military the required dress will be structured by rank:  


O4 - O-10 will be Dinner Dress Blue Jack

(Mess Dress with Blue Jacket and mini-medals)


E-7 - O-3 will be Dinner Dress Blue

(Service Dress Blue Uniform with Mini Medals)


E-1 - E-6 will be Service Dress Blues with large or mini medals


For other Military Services, the required dress will be service equivalent to the above listed attire.


For our civilians and guests, the required dress will be formal "Black Tie" attire.

COVERS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED THE NIGHT OF THE BALL. (you can leave them at home)


You will need to get your medals mounted. There are many different vendors who can do this. We do not recommend any one over any other, but here is an example of a service that will mount medals:

MEALS

No food or drinks may be brought

Salad: 

Mixed Greens, Walnuts, Gorgonzola, Dried Cranberries and Raspberry Vinaigrette


Main:  

a choice of:

1.) French Cut Rosemary Crusted Chicken with Lemon Beurre Blanc Sauce, Wild Rice with Herbs
and Seasonal Fresh Vegetables


2.) 10 Ounce New York Strip with Peppercorn Demi Sauce, Bleu Cheese and Smoked Bacon with Whipped Potatoes and Seasonal Fresh Vegetables


3.) Sesame Crusted Salmon with Pineapple Teriyaki Relish, Wild Rice with Herbs and Seasonal Fresh Vegetables


4.) Portobello Mushroom Vegetable Stack, and Freshly Baked Rolls with Lavender Honey Butter

Chocolate Tuxedo Mousse Cake

For E-1 through E-6     $25

For E-7 through O-3    $35

For O-4 and above     $45

For Civilians              $45

If you plan on bringing a guest, spouse, or date, you will need to purchase two tickets at your current rate. (For example, an E-6 will pay for themself and for his spouse.)
